• Forecasts procurement needs
• Builds and develops relationships with key suppliers
• Leads the purchasing team with all means
• Prepares purchase orders in accordance with Snax policy and negotiated terms and conditions
• Prepares purchase orders in accordance with the stores’ needs
• Develops and implements purchasing strategies for products
• Dealing with suppliers
• Develops and implements purchasing policies and procedures
• Prepares and presents reports and provides information to identify purchasing requirements.
• Maintains records of goods ordered and received
• Controls the purchasing department budget
• Analyzes market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Represents Snax in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
